Ok, as much as I love cupcakes, cakes, ice cream, and anything sweet, I still am very conscious of the healthy of both my family’s and mine. This is actually a very big dilemma if we have tons of really good food at home especially sweets like cupcakes.
But of course there’s always a way to have the best of both worlds: a great tasting and healthy cupcake. Your cupcakes do not always have to be the calorie-filled or sugar-overloaded dessert. It can still have that cupcake taste that we all have grown up with but with the extra health factor that can help us stay fit.
