Gluten Free Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting
Basic Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of white rice flour
3/4 cup tapioca starch
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons gf vanilla extract
2/3 cup mayonnaise–weird, but trust me!!
