Fluffy, creamy and very easy to make butter cream cheese frosting.

I understand that one of the many dilemmas of a baker, especially those who have just started getting in it, is making icing or frosting. There always is that time where your frosting or icing is just a total fail. And it really becomes a complete devastation especially when your cupcakes are for an occasion.

One of my favorite frostings would have to be cream cheese frosting. And believe it or not, using the wrong technique and ingredients with definitely ruin the fluffiness and creaminess of the frosting. So this is one proof that in baking everything has to be accounted for.

250g Philadelphia cream cheese blocks straight out of the fridge

250g softened, good quality butter

350g softened icing sugar (sifted)

2 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup milk powder
